National Service Scheme, popularly known as NSS, was formally launched on 24th September, 1969, the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation. National Service Scheme is a student – centered programme and it is complementary to education. It is a noble experiment in academic extension. It inculcates the spirit of voluntary work among students and teachers through sustained community interaction. The sole aim of the NSS is to provide hands on experience to young students in delivering community service. The motto of National Service Scheme is NOT ME BUT YOU
We are feeling proud that Two NSS unit having a strength of 200 students (Boys & Girls) is working in our college.
